The first fragrance of the great perfumer Paul Vacher, the original owner and perfumer of Le Galion, became l'ame perdue (lost soul).
In the lineage of its heritage, Le Galion celebrates the woman once more and adds a new chapter to its history. L'Âme Perdue is created by the virtuoso of floral perfumes, Rodrigo Flores-Roux, who has beautifully reimagined the perfume as a modern floral oriental with a distinctive vintage shimmer.
An ode to flowers with bright, bittersweet citrus opening gently leading to creaminess and softness of bouquet of flowers, ylang ylang, Bulgarian rose and red lily.
In the dry down, the perfumer Rodrigo Flores-Roux reaches back through time by blending vanilla and amber echoing the 20s orientals for the rich floral notes to settle.
The citrus notes never fade away, but stepping back quietly, allowing balsamic and woody notes to shine through, giving it the modern-retro duality.
Rodrigo Flores-Roux sign off a great floral perfume, rich and flourished, which resonates like a new era for the House of Le Galion, that of audacity and conquest.
